About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Change Analyst to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment Plc. As an Actuarial Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by completing complex manual calculations and providing responses to policy enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex Calculations
    • Complete complex manual calculations to support business enquiries and provide accurate results.
    • Develop and maintain calculations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Policy Enquiry Support
    • Provide responses to complex policy enquiries to support other business areas and ensure timely resolution.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and provide clear explanations.
  • System Updates
    • Update and test regular changes to systems, including bonus updates, policy fee updates, and premium rate changes.
    • Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Actuarial Team Support
    • Support the Actuarial Team in providing expertise on life insurance and pension product types and charges.
    • Contribute to the development of actuarial models and calculations.
  • Knowledge and Experience
    • Hold a strong understanding of life assurance and pension product types and charges.
    • Have experience working in an actuarial team supporting customer-facing functions.
    • Be adept at specifying and testing life and pensions calculations.
