Role Overview

We are enhancing our Business Operational Support division and are in search of a seasoned Actuarial Analyst to become part of our team.

In this role, you will be tasked with conducting complex manual calculations and addressing policy inquiries, alongside supporting mainframe transitions and modifications.

Responsibilities

Execute intricate manual calculations to resolve business inquiries. Address complex policy inquiries across various business sectors. Update and validate system modifications, including bonus adjustments and premium rate changes. Utilize and interpret spreadsheets to manage non-standard queries. Assist in mainframe transitions and modifications by detailing calculations for new systems.

Requirements

Currently pursuing the Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries qualification. Experience in supporting customer-oriented functions within an Actuarial Team. Background in life insurance or outsourcing sectors. Knowledge of life assurance and pension product types and associated charges. Capability to specify and validate life and pensions calculations proficiently.
