Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Arrow Financial Business. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining and documenting business requirements, working with stakeholders to develop project scope, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Requirements Definition: Work with the business to identify and document business requirements, ensuring that they are well-defined and aligned with business objectives.
- Project Scope Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project scope, including defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Business Analysis Techniques: Apply various business analysis techniques, such as gap analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering, to ensure that business solutions meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports to stakeholders, ensuring that business analysis findings are effectively communicated.
- Project Management: Provide light-touch project management support, including coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Ability to demonstrate experience of various business analysis techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience of all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Good understanding of project change processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop presentation material to articulate analysis findings.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work on own initiative and problem-solve.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- BCS Business Analysis Qualifications.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or other development tools.
