People and Culture Department

The People and Culture (P&C) Team at Vantage Data Centers is a dynamic and growing department, responsible for driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional employee experiences. Our team is lean, effective, and well-respected, with a strong focus on proactive and strategic approaches to HR.

Position Overview

This role can be based remotely in the US or at one of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA. In alignment with our flexible work policy, this position requires 3 days on-site and 2 days flexible work arrangement.

Job Summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our People and Culture team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our People systems, with a focus on optimizing and supporting our HRIS (Workday). You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of People data, as well as providing technical support and data analysis to help inform our People and Culture strategies and decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our people data through regular audits, data entry, and data maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support P&C and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with P&C and other departments to analyze data and generate insights that inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of data for internal and external audits.
  • Administer and maintain the global HRIS (Workday) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for system users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
  • Assist with the configuration, testing, and implementation of system updates, and enhancements.
  • Manage HRIS ticket tracking, ensuring timely resolution and high service levels for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows through system enhancements and automation.
  • Seek out opportunities to implement process improvements and optimize system functionality.
  • Provide input and recommendations for system configuration tailored to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with Workday required.
  • Experience in HRIS data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Additional Details
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
