Job Summary
The Workday Lead Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, reports, and configurations to support our HR and Finance functions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Workday, a strong understanding of HR and Finance processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and test Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Performance and Reporting, Adaptive Planning/Finance.
- Maintain Workday business processes and security configurations.
- Create and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and custom reports to meet business requirements.
- Prepare configurations for deployment through unit testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of Workday systems.
- Perform regular system audits, data validations, and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Technical Developer or similar role.
- Strong technical skills in Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and other integration tools.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced reports, and custom report development.
- Solid understanding of HR and Finance business processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
