Vantage Data Centers is a leading provider of data center solutions, committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. As a Workday Lead Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, reports, and configurations to support our HR and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• System Maintenance and Support: Ensure the smooth operation of Workday systems, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Performance and Reporting, Adaptive Planning/Finance.

• Report Development: Design and develop complex Workday reports using Workday Report Writer, collaborating with business users to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Integration Development: Build and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Workday EIBs, Web Services, data mapping, and other integration tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Technical Developer or similar role.

• Strong technical skills in Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and other integration tools.

• Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced reports, and custom report development.

• Solid understanding of HR and Finance business processes and best practices.
