Job Title: Data Analyst and Production Planner

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Production Planner to join our team at Complete Talent Services. As a key member of our production planning team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing production efficiency, minimizing delays, and ensuring effective collaboration with machine shop planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule all manufactured parts through SAP to fulfill machine assembly, aftermarket, spares, and subcontract requirements.
  • Provide critical planning and scheduling support to the frontline Production team.
  • Utilize SAP to extract and analyze live data, developing and continually improving the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reports that drive crucial operational KPIs.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze complex datasets and create clear, comprehensive reports and dashboards.
  • Monitor SAP (work in progress) transactional data to ensure alignment with company schedule requirements and production commitments.
  • Generate Production plans using SAP/EXCEL on a rolling weekly cycle.
  • Support day-to-day planning activities of materials, conversion of planned orders, processing resources, and kitting to optimize operational efficiencies.
  • Manage, maintain, and develop Master Data and the SAP Planning module.
  • Assist in achieving accurate finite capacity planning by machine in collaboration with the Machine Shop.
  • Coordinate multiple actions to Production order variances to maintain cost control.
  • Organize Production orders and manage the system exception messages to prioritize and monitor orders from creation to completion.
  • Support the wider business needs in conjunction with the FLL SAP Analyst as a 'SAP Super User' to continue critical development ahead of SAP improvement projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex data insights and reports to various stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or HANA, specializing in Production Planning (PP), with ideally some experience in Project Systems (PS).
