Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join our People and Culture team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining our Workday platform, reports, and configurations to support our HRIS initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Workday HCM, a strong understanding of Workday processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Configure Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, and Finance to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Workday business processes and security configurations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and the reduction of manual processes.
- Design and develop complex Workday reports using Workday Report Writer, Matrix reports, and other tools.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through Workday reporting tools.
- Provide technical support for Workday integrations, EIBs, Web Services, configurations, reports, and other integration tools.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes, systems, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced reports, and custom report development.
- Strong technical skills in EIBs, web services, and other integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Vantage Data Centers offers a comprehensive suite of health and welfare, retirement, and paid leave benefits, exceeding local expectations. We also offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 base + bonus, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Compensation may fall outside of this range.
