Crest Nicholson plc is a leading developer of quality homes and thriving, sustainable communities. We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join our Eastern division, responsible for driving sales across several of our sites in the Kent & Essex area.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling homes off plan, with a proven track record of providing Sales Advisors with the support and tools necessary to achieve their targets. You will collaborate with the other Sales Managers, as well as the Head of Sales and Marketing on budgets, land valuations, and marketing of the divisional developments, both pre and post construction.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is agile in a challenging market, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies. You will be well-versed in marketing collateral production, ROI calculations, and analytics of marketing efforts. We encourage new ideas and welcome candidates who can bring their experience and knowledge to our team.
