Job Title: Head of Trade Sales

Job Overview: As the Head of Trade Sales, you will drive our trade sales strategy, oversee relationships with key trade partners, and collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive trade sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with trade partners, including travel agents, tour operators, and other trade clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the trade sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales propositions and promotional materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with trade partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent Holiday Best UK at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the travel industry, preferably with a focus on trade sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the UK travel market and industry trends.
