Position Overview

Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated Substance Misuse Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in assisting individuals grappling with addiction issues, specifically related to drugs and alcohol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Screening, Assessment, and develop tailored Recovery Plans.
  • Facilitate One-on-One interventions to support recovery journeys.
Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in the Substance Misuse sector.
  • A solid understanding of health implications associated with substance misuse.
