Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications Manager to support our client, a large business in the West Yorkshire area, during a period of significant change. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that engages employees and drives business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Plan and deliver internal communications for small and large projects, including newsletters, employee events, and change management initiatives.
  • Develop creative campaigns to reach colleagues across the organization, including messaging, content creation, and channel selection.
  • Train and share knowledge with internal teams and Line Managers to empower them to deliver high-quality and impactful communications within their areas.
  • Manage internal communication channels and ensure effective communication with employees.
  • Work with leaders to develop and create content and presentations for town halls and colleague events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal communications, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in change management and employee engagement, preferably in a business consulting or internal communications role.

What We Offer:

Macmillan Davies Hodes offers a competitive compensation package, including a daily rate of £250 (Inside IR35). We also offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
