Job Description

We are seeking a confident and sales-driven individual to join our Vista Sales Call Centre team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead by example, motivating a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maximise team sales by identifying opportunities and addressing performance issues.
  • Conduct daily enquiry audits and KPI reviews to ensure team performance is aligned with company standards.
  • Assist in emergency or operational difficulties, and proactively build and maintain relationships between departments and divisions.
  • Provide motivational and inspiring weekly team sessions, and assist with call monitoring and providing constructive feedback.
  • Effectively communicate and positively promote organisational changes, and encourage training opportunities within the workplace.
  • Motivate, praise, and encourage staff through open and honest communication, and ensure administration and customer service standards are upheld.

Experience

  • Customer service experience, with excellent product knowledge and a background in travel sales.
  • Experience of leading a team, although not essential, is highly desirable.
