We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance and Product Compliance Engineer to join our esteemed client on a contract basis.

In this pivotal role, you will become an integral part of the Non-Conformance team, providing essential support to the Manufacturing departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Frontline management of non-conformance issues, ensuring effective support for Manufacturing operations.
  • Administration of non-conformities and containment measures.
  • Collation and analysis of non-conformance data utilizing advanced business tools, identifying trends and potential risks, while also recognizing opportunities for enhancement.
  • Implementation and verification of permanent corrective actions based on data analysis.
  • Facilitating Practical Problem Solving sessions to determine root causes and implement robust corrective actions using relevant quality methodologies.
  • Supporting the seamless transfer of new products into manufacturing by analyzing historical data and applying lessons learned.
  • Managing customer concerns and product escapes, liaising with inter-company facilities across Europe and external clients.
  • Coordinating with the Programs Quality representative and broader Quality teams to share data and track the progress of non-conformities and improvements.

Qualifications:

Ideally, candidates should possess a minimum of HNC/HND in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. You should demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to leverage data to identify trends and drive improvements. Excellent planning and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks effectively and achieve set objectives.
