About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Trainer to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our users, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training courses and materials.
- Deliver system, process, and soft skill training to support the implementation of projects.
- Support stakeholders during the implementation stage of projects.
- Support IT and Operations in the implementation of bespoke applications, providing post-training floor walk support.
- Work collaboratively with project teams, including Development and Test teams.
- Build excellent working relationships with business customers and other members of the IT supply and demand teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to break down information technology problems and provide solutions.
About You:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT System Trainer who can bring their expertise to our team. If you have a passion for training and development, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Delivering training on a one-to-one basis or in small groups using blended learning.
- Bespoke application/software training.
- Ability to use applications like Articulate, WalkMe, and video for interactive training support material.
- Training needs analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge and experience of design, delivery, assessment, and verification of training.
- Knowledge and experience of hardware and software requirements.
- Ability to review and assimilate information quickly.
- Ability to deal with rapid change across projects.
- Self-motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with minimum supervision.
