About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Trainer to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our users, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively use our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training courses and materials to meet the needs of our users.
- Deliver system, process, and soft skill training to support the implementation of projects, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
- Support stakeholders during the implementation stage of projects, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to implement bespoke applications, providing post-training support and ensuring successful deployment.
- Build strong relationships with business customers and other members of the IT supply and demand teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Demonstrate the ability to break down complex IT problems and provide effective solutions, ensuring our users have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Trainer who possesses excellent presentation skills, knowledge of design, delivery, assessment, and verification of training, and the ability to review and assimilate information quickly. You will have a strong understanding of hardware and software requirements, as well as the ability to work with minimum supervision and deal with rapid change across projects.
