About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Trainer to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training courses and materials to support the implementation of projects.
  • Deliver system, process, and soft skill training to support the rollout of new applications and systems.
  • Support stakeholders during the implementation stage of projects, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Development and Test teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and applications.
  • Build strong relationships with business customers and other members of the IT supply and demand teams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to break down complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Trainer who possesses excellent presentation and communication skills. You will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.

Requirements:

  • Delivering training on a one-to-one basis or in small groups using blended learning approaches.
  • Experience with bespoke application and software training.
  • Knowledge and experience of design, delivery, assessment, and verification of training.
  • Ability to review and assimilate information quickly.
  • Self-motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
