We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Trainer to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our IT department, you will work closely with our IT Training Lead and the Business to deliver systems training to a user base of over 3,600.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deliver, and evaluate training courses and materials to support the implementation of projects.
- Deliver system, process, and soft skill training to support the implementation of projects, including bespoke applications and software training.
- Support stakeholders during the implementation stage of projects, providing post-training floor walk support.
- Collaborate with the Development and Test teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Build excellent working relationships with business customers, IT supply teams, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the ability to break down complex information technology problems and provide solutions.
The training role will be responsible for the rollout and support of generic and bespoke applications across various work divisions and depots.
From initial training needs analysis to final handover to the business/support teams, you will be responsible for creating documentation, including paper and e-learning materials, and providing support during and post-deployment.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Systems Trainer who can:
- Deliver training on a one-to-one basis or in small groups using blended learning.
- Design, deliver, assess, and verify training programs.
- Have knowledge and experience of hardware and software requirements.
- Be able to review and assimilate information quickly.
- Deal with rapid change across projects.
- Have self-motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
