About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Trainer to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training courses and materials to support the implementation of projects.
- Deliver system, process, and soft skill training to support the rollout of new applications and systems.
- Support stakeholders during the implementation stage of projects, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with the Development and Test teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and applications.
- Build strong relationships with business customers and other members of the IT supply and demand teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to break down complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Trainer who possesses excellent presentation and communication skills. You will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
Requirements:
- Delivering training on a one-to-one basis or in small groups using blended learning.
- Bespoke application and software training.
- Experience with applications like Articulate, WalkMe, and video for interactive training support materials.
- Training needs analysis.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience of design, delivery, assessment, and verification of training.
- Knowledge and experience of hardware and software requirements.
- Ability to review and assimilate information quickly.
- Ability to deal with rapid change across projects.
