About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Enterprise Architecture to lead our Planning and Architecture team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, enhancing both efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Planning and Architecture team, driving continuous improvement, increasing both efficiency and quality
  • Oversee enterprise architecture and standards, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives, ensuring they are within budget and technologically feasible
  • Drive technology innovation through market analysis and insights, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Understand business requirements and demonstrate how technology can help achieve them, providing strategic guidance and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams
  • Adaptable leadership style to meet the different needs of the business, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture and planning, with a strong track record of driving improvement and innovation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical and business issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft and Azure technologies
