About the Role- Report directly to the General Manager
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Front Office operations
- Manage financial targets and departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with company expectations
- Recruit, coach, and train a team of customer service-focused staff
- Drive a positive team culture and foster strong interdepartmental relationships
- A problem solver with a creative approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Previous experience in a front office leadership position, preferably in a strata managed property
- A clear understanding of the impact of departmental operations on overall property financial goals and objectives
- A natural leader and mentor, focused on creating a strong and accomplished department
- A genuine, personable service style that consistently exceeds guest expectations
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster
A competitive hourly pay rate between $29.80 and $32.21 NZD, with a minimum guarantee of 40 hours per week. This is a full-time opportunity with a dynamic and growing company.
