Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Administrator to join our busy team on a full-time basis. This role will provide a full range of administrative and office support to the Rural & Agency Team members based in Stirling, and from time to time for other team members outside Stirling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and staff within the office.
  • Provide audio/copy typing, formatting of letters and reports, and minute taking services.
  • Maintain office systems, data, and files to the highest standard.

Requirements and Qualifications
