F & B Host

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a F & B Host. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for greeting and entertaining our customers, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Obsession
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience with us.
    • Be familiar and conversant with current promotions and products available to ensure that customers can make the most of their visit.
  • Service Delivery
    • Proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, only delivering products you are proud of.
    • Be aware of daily/weekly targets and contribute positively towards them.
  • Stock Management
    • Replenish stocks so that customers always have the opportunity to access products at all times.
