About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Commercial Grounds Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our clients' properties, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain large areas of grass, including mowing, overmarking, and edging
  • Perform hedge cutting, spraying, and backpack blowing tasks
  • Strim and mow pedestrian areas, as well as maintain beds and borders
  • Operate a range of equipment, including mowers, strimmers, and sprayers
Requirements
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Pleasant and can-do attitude, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Desirable qualifications: operation of standard grounds maintenance equipment, PA1/PA6 spraying
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
  • Overtime opportunities available, paid at time and a half
  • Bonuses paid based on performance
  • 20 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays
