Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the Role:
Total Facilities Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities by performing electrical maintenance tasks, responding to reactive calls, and carrying out planned maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to reactive calls and carry out first fix where possible, ensuring minimum downtime.
- Carry out all planned maintenance tasks as per program and keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.
- Ensure that the site is kept in good order internally and externally, and to given specification and ensure timely completion.
- Work within all Health and Safety criteria and processes relevant to work activities.
- Show a proactive approach to Health & safety in the work environment and take the necessary steps to ensure risks are mitigated.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and workmanship.
- Be flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.
- Work from a call out rota when required.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Working in commercial or property maintenance.
- Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Essential Qualifications:
- 18th Edition.
- NVQ or C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- 2391 testing and Inspection.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £45,000.
- Company Van.
- Fuel Card.
