About the Role:

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to emergency calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical installations, repairs, and replacements.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt, efficient service to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the level of service provided.

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition electrical certification.
  • NVQ or C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • Experience working in commercial or property maintenance.
  • Basic IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
