About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Careers Consultant to join our Postgraduate Careers Services team at The University of Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the career development of our postgraduate students, helping them to achieve their long-term professional and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver career guidance and support services to postgraduate students, including group sessions and one-to-one consultations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external organisations to provide students with opportunities for projects, internships, and full-time employment.
  • Contribute to the development of a strong alumni connection, supporting the future goals of the service and the wider institution.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive range of careers services, including career events, workshops, and online resources.
