About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions to individuals experiencing common mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver low-intensity CBT interventions to individuals with common mental health disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and supportive service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A degree in a subject related to psychology, social sciences, or health.
  • Recognized PWP qualification, Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Practice Interventions for Mental Health (APIMH), or equivalent.
  • Experience in delivering low-intensity CBT interventions and working with individuals with common mental health disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
