Position:
Service Coordinator (ideal for those with experience as a Service Advisor, or in scheduling, construction, or engineering roles)

Employment Type:
Permanent

Compensation:
Up to £32,000 annually, depending on experience

Work Schedule:
Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

This dynamic position requires overseeing a team of site and field engineers for a prestigious client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Field Engineers and Site Engineering Team Leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Aftersales Team to coordinate engineering tasks.
  • Communicate with customer site managers to schedule engineer visits for repairs, maintenance, and servicing.
  • Process orders with suppliers and partners within the network.
  • Work in conjunction with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare engineer jobs for invoicing.
  • Generate quotes for repairs and additional services.
  • Handle warranty claims.
  • Compile and analyze reports.
  • Assist with occasional out-of-hours customer calls on a rotational basis.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required to support business and customer needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related field.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
