We are thrilled to be working with a family-run and growing plant hire business near Thame, to recruit a Hire Controller to join their dynamic team.

As a Hire Controller, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating and following up on all customer quotations, and coordinating delivery with internal departments. Strong customer service and administrative skills are essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers via email and telephone
  • Create and follow up on all customer quotations
  • Create purchase order numbers and confirm orders with customers
  • Create rental contracts and coordinate delivery with internal departments
  • Manage several key customer accounts, ensuring excellent service

Requirements:

  • Strong Customer Service & IT skills
  • Experience using SAP would be beneficial
  • Experience as a Hire Controller/Sales Administrator
