Internal Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Warrington. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  2. Input customer orders into our database system
  3. Assist with providing quotations and pricing information
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  6. Stay up-to-date on new and existing products
  7. Prepare and present regular sales reports
  8. Work towards agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. Strong numeracy and IT skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  6. Confidence in providing exceptional customer service
  7. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
