Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Warrington. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Input customer orders into our database system
- Assist with providing quotations and pricing information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on new and existing products
- Prepare and present regular sales reports
- Work towards agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong numeracy and IT skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confidence in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
