Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team at CN Sales Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data on Salesforce, managing client renewals, and supporting ongoing configuration improvements to the Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales performance
  • Oversee contract paperwork and ensure timely renewal of client contracts
  • Work closely with sales teams to streamline workflows and improve sales productivity
  • Collaborate with the sales operations manager to drive sales efficiency and operational excellence

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration/operations or business sales administration within a software environment
  • Highly proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
