About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional National Account Executive to join our Off Trade / Grocery Sales Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, creating growth plans, and driving sales into accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer strategic business plans, including promotional and activation plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with grocery buyers and their teams.
  • Proactively manage sales into accounts, ensuring budgets and targets are achieved.
  • Support the team in commercial negotiations and P&L management.
  • Provide input into sales forecasting and commercial planning.

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG.
  • Strong selling ability and experience selling into and managing grocery accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • A positive attitude, ability to work to deadlines, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Great multitasking and organizational ability.

About You

You will have a demonstrable track record in FMCG sales working with UK retailers. You will be enthusiastic, pragmatic, and resilient, with the ability to communicate effectively and motivate team members to support your objectives.
