Position: RF Microwave Hybrid Modules Assembler

Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity that involves the assembly and modification of RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies with varying degrees of complexity? In this position, you will engage in tasks such as the installation of connectors, substrates, components, and modules within intricate microwave assemblies utilizing paste and sheet epoxies. Your responsibilities will also include disassembly, assembly, modification, rework, and repair operations on pre-production subassemblies, assemblies, and complete systems that utilize integrated circuit technology.

If you thrive in a role that demands meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, this position will require you to identify and address issues with rejected units through testing, planning work sequences to adhere to schedule requirements, and collaborating with manufacturing and quality engineering teams to ensure that product specifications are achieved.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electronics or microelectronics assembly
  • Capability to work for extended periods under a microscope and proficient use of hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and similar instruments; Good dexterity and eye/hand coordination are essential
  • Ability to interpret and work from detailed process sheets and drawings; Competent computer skills are necessary for accessing drawings and work instructions as well as other job-related activities
  • Capacity to function effectively in a diverse team environment; Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills are required
  • High School Diploma is mandatory
  • Willingness to work Second Shift Hours from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with working in an ESD and FOD controlled environment
  • Experience in mechanical assembly processes for small electronic devices
  • Background in working on military products within ISO / AS controlled environments
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision
