Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity that involves the fabrication and modification of RF microwave hybrid modules and complex sub-assemblies? In this position, you will undertake responsibilities such as the installation of connectors, substrates, components, and modules within intricate microwave assemblies utilizing paste and sheet epoxies. Additionally, you will engage in disassembly, assembly, modification, rework, and repair tasks on pre-production subassemblies, assemblies, and complete systems that utilize integrated circuit technology.

If you thrive in a role that demands precision and analytical skills, this position will require you to identify and rectify issues with rejected units through testing, strategizing work sequences to meet production timelines, and collaborating with manufacturing and quality engineering teams to ensure adherence to product specifications. A fundamental requirement includes prior experience in electronics or microelectronics assembly, along with the capability to work under a microscope.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electronics or microelectronics assembly
  • Proficiency in working for extended periods under a microscope and using hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and similar instruments; Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to interpret and work from detailed process sheets and technical drawings; Strong computer skills are essential for accessing drawings and work instructions as well as other job-related activities
  • Capacity to function effectively in a diverse team setting; Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
  • High School Diploma is mandatory
  • Availability for Second Shift Hours 3:00pm to 1:30am

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in an ESD and FOD controlled environment
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes for small electronic devices
  • Background in working on military products within ISO / AS controlled environments
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision
