Your Role
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
- Addressing inquiries at the initial point of contact with a focus on solutions.
- Assisting with tenancy matters including move-ins, move-outs, choice-based lettings, leasehold inquiries, and anti-social behavior issues.
- Managing repairs, complaints, customer assistance, and general administrative tasks.
- Handling rent payments, arrears, and financial advice.
- Enhancing the use of technology and systems, contributing to service evaluations, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Keeping accurate records of all client interactions, inquiries, and actions within our housing management system.
