Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sommelier to join our team at Senior Care Authority of Inland Empire, CA. As a Sommelier, you will play a crucial role in curating an exceptional wine experience for our guests, showcasing your expertise in wine pairing and contributing to the overall enjoyment of their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wine List Management: Curate and manage the restaurant's wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection that meets the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Wine Service: Assist guests in choosing wines that complement their meals and preferences, providing expert recommendations and pairing suggestions.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop wine pairings for menu items, ensuring a seamless and harmonious dining experience.
  • Wine Storage and Service: Oversee wine service and storage, ensuring proper handling and presentation of wines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
