Job Title: Wine Connoisseur

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: West London

Salary: £35K to £37.5K plus benefits

We are seeking an experienced Wine Connoisseur to join our team at Goldmills Group. As a Wine Connoisseur, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine knowledge and pairing expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of wine knowledge and pairing expertise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and knowledge of the food and wine industry
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role previously in London
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
