About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Wine Connoisseur who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a deep understanding of wine trends and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in high-profile restaurants or establishments
  • Genuine passion for wine and the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to recommend wines to guests
  • Knowledge of food and wine pairings, as well as other beverages
  • Responsibility and good judgment when serving alcohol
  • Qualities of a team player and ability to support colleagues
  • Experience in stock counts and placing orders

  • Competitive hourly pay: between £19 to £22 per hour (including service charge)
