Peripatetic Case Worker for Young People

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Peripatetic Case Worker to join our team at Via Westminster Drug Project. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective care planning and management for young people who use our services.
The RoleThis rewarding position involves working with a motivated and supportive team to provide early-intervention and prevention work in various youth settings. You will enable young people to develop healthy boundaries, emotional resilience, and self-esteem, while providing harm reduction prevention advice, guidance, and education.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake early-intervention and prevention work in youth settings to prevent substance misuse and associated anti-social behavior.
- Enable young people to access education, employment, health, wellbeing, and recovery activities.
- Work alongside the Early Help and Prevention Service in Cheshire West and Chester to engage with the wider youth service team and other stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of excellent drug and alcohol services to young people and their significant others.
