Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts, ensuring seamless store operations and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service, including coaching and feedback to the team
  • Lead by example, setting a high standard for customer service and store performance
  • Maintain a deep understanding of store performance and contribute to initiatives to drive improvement

What You'll Get

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you'll enjoy a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for increases based on location and skills. You'll also receive a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if needed.
