We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague at Tesco Herne Bay Express. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, maintaining a high level of store standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Participate in stock management, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Support colleagues during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
