About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher or experienced learning support professional to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable learners. As a SEN Tutor, you will work one-to-one with children and young people, providing tailored support to help them overcome their learning challenges and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to young people with SEN and SEND
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Provide regular progress updates and feedback to parents and carers
  • Collaborate with our SEN Support Team to ensure seamless support for students
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with young people with SEN and SEND
  • Experience of working in a trauma-informed environment
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional remote work
