Sales Manager for Builders

Position Overview
Cosentino is seeking a Sales Manager for Builders who will play a crucial role in our expanding multinational organization. This position offers the chance to engage in numerous exciting projects within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
Formulate and implement strategies aimed at boosting sales of stone surfacing products within the new home construction sector.
Build, nurture, and expand relationships with targeted builder accounts through proactive outreach, including cold calling, scheduling meetings, and engaging with both potential and existing builders, their purchasing agents, designers, and sales teams to foster long-term partnerships.
Client Relations:
Create comprehensive builder profiles by prioritizing efforts to secure, regain, and maintain their business.
Effectively communicate product features and their benefits to each account.
Collaborate with local, regional, and national colleagues to ensure optimal segment penetration and customer satisfaction.
Maintain continuous communication between the company, builders, and fabricators regarding current pricing, services, and the latest product developments.
Market Analysis:
Develop action plans to identify specific targets and estimate the number of contacts to be made.
Partner with the General Manager and Sales Team to implement business strategies across all customer segments in the designated area.
Contribute to the formulation of the annual sales and marketing strategy for the segment within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of sales experience within the builder industry.
At least 2 years of demonstrated ability to engage with various levels in commercial industry projects.
Over 1 year of experience in business development.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with building materials.
Experience in stone fabrication or distribution.
Education:
High School diploma or GED.
