Position Overview:
As a Regional Vocational (Construction) Cover Tutor, you will engage with small groups of learners in a correctional environment, focusing on enhancing their skills, knowledge, and personal development while aiding them in achieving their long-term objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
Our Tutors are responsible for ensuring that tailored training plans are established and that learners receive the necessary guidance and support. You will be tasked with delivering high-quality courses that captivate learners and empower them to realize their full potential.


Coverage:
This role encompasses various locations, ensuring flexibility based on your proximity to the nearest site.


Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A qualification in Business or IT, or an equivalent credential.
- Extensive vocational experience in your field.
- Proven experience in delivering vocational training.
- A teaching or assessing qualification is advantageous.
- The ability to utilize diverse training methodologies to engage learners effectively.


If you do not currently hold a teaching or assessing qualification, we offer support to help you obtain the necessary credentials during your probationary period.
