Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage branch operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the tile industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
