Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktake Team Lead to join our team. As a Retail Stocktake Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of stocktakers on client premises while conducting stocktakes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of stocktake colleagues, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Conduct stocktakes using our bespoke stocktaking system.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the stocktake process.
  • Follow client-specific procedures and meet service level agreements.
  • Mentor new stocktakers and address any queries related to stocktaking.
  • Achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Deliver accurate electronic count data and supporting information on time.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage a busy workload.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Flexibility.
  • Full driving license.
