Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure they are within budget

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
