About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our team at The Boots Company PLC. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading the store team day-to-day to help achieve the retail plan and deliver an exceptional customer and patient experience.

Our stores offer a broad customer offering across retail and optometry, and with your leadership and passion, you will work with the Store Manager to help the business grow and change for the better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to deliver a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.
  • Work with the store team to develop and deliver focused store-specific strategies optimizing patient care and profitability.
  • Connect with the community and the wider business to drive growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a retail environment.
  • Experience working within a clinical or optical environment (desirable).
