Job Title: Relationship Director, Banks

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Director to join our team at MAF Finance Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on asset finance and property finance.
